I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time before your order ships. Average shipping time is 4-7 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 business days after your order ships. If you still do not have a tracking number after 5 working days, please send us an email to pomeranianshop@t-online.de.

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you entered or auto-inserted an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correction. After checking whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at pomeranianshop@t-online.de. If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct the address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect entry.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different shipping centers depending on your location. Average shipping time is 5-10 business days.
